A state of the art Lamaze studio has opened in the Atlanta area! We are offering pre and post pregnancy classes, with a serene atmosphere and friendly service.
Women take advantage of pampering and couples will want to come and enjoy this studio! It is important for us to feel good about ourselves and appreciate being whom we are. Therefore, looking good is the first step in feeling good about yourself. Services such as basic exercise, breathing, the pamper principle (simple home body and foot baths), as well as focusing on each womens inner knowledge to their abilities concerning birth and inherent ability to perform the birth process perfectly.

At The Pampering Lamaze we value birth as a key life experience physically, emotionally and spiritually that the Mother will remember throughout her lifetime. The privacy and confidentiality of our client’s information is respected and maintained at all times. We value the right to informed choice and encourage self-determination on the part of our clients and provide support in that process. We believe that a positive, confident birth experience is the first step to positive and confident parenting. We recognize the uniqueness of each individual and tailor our support to meet the needs of women/couples as individuals.
We respect the expertise of caregivers (Midwives, Doctors, Nurses) and offer referrals to other professionals if requested or required. We value the right of the laboring woman to support by her spouse or other chosen birth partner and their crucial role in her birth experience; we strive to enhance the support they provide as much as possible. We have the utmost belief and confidence in the natural ability of women to give birth to their children in their unique way. While respecting the natural process of birth, we realize that nature sometimes has it’s own plan. While we cannot always control every aspect of birth, our respect and ethical treatment of the women and families we serve is not only in our control, but our responsibility.
