We are currently looking for plant based diet recipes to conduct our high-energy demonstration vegetarian cooking classes:

• feature uncomplicated recipes
• demystify myths regarding plant-based eating
• share food lore and history
• share yummy food (more than a sample) :O)
• enjoy taste tests of various foods and products
• HAVE LOTS OF FUN!!!!!

Committed to supporting a sustainable food system, we will use local, seasonal, organic plant-based ingredients and provide our clients with:

• a replica of the featured recipes
• discounts to our local grocers and restaurants
• a throng of resources in nutrition, cooking tips and more!
